The department carries out regular market surveys both internationally and in the domestic market. Periodical tenders are floated for all supplier agreements of raw materials. Keen market awareness is maintained at all times with updated information in order to take advantage of the best possible price for optimum quality items. A huge data bank is maintained for various products with variable specifications.

All selected suppliers are subject to periodical evaluation and personal visits by a committee comprising the Production manager, Hygiene & Quality Assurance Manager and the Procurement Manager for their maintaining the quality and the standards of the products supplied and maintaining of required hygiene standards at the premises.
