Our Customer Service professionals work hard to ensure that the diverse needs of each one of our customers are met and maintained at all times. They are supported by the professionals in every department, who are trained in providing a high level of customer service. Together, the SLC team don’t just serve our customers, but always ensure their best interests are at heart and their needs are well met.
The Customer Service department is the main touchpoint with all of our airline customers and our team pays particular attention to the special needs of customer airlines and other customers. Its staff are highly experienced in areas such as sales, marketing, pricing, contracts and agreements, and handling/action on both positive and negative feedback from customers. All feedback is investigated into, with prompt responses being sent to customers, as we are well aware that customer input drives continuous process improvement in our organisation.
